alpine meadow ā€“
our bodies warm
in the afternoon sun

I'm home now, writing to her. Little scribbles on paper. What meaning do they have? When she reads them, will she imagine Iā€™m holding her, my hands on a journey sliding along the curve of her waist up to that delicious place where her breasts rise softly ā€“ where I can feel her wildly beating heart?

winter evening ā€“
holding only
the warmth of the fire
